Fits 1990–2018 Mercedes-Benz G-Class (W463) Old-to-New Conversion to 2026 W465 G63 AMG Style Body Kit

This kit fits 1990–2018 Mercedes-Benz G-Class models with chassis code W463, specifically including G200, G230, G300, G320, G350, G400, G500, G550, AMG G36, AMG G55, AMG G63, and AMG G65.

For overseas customers, after placing an order, be sure to confirm whether the original vehicle is LHD or RHD, and provide clear photos of the original headlight positions so we can match the headlights correctly.

1. After placing an order, please confirm the grille color and the color of the 4 cover panels on the front and rear bumpers (available in silver or black).

2. After placing an order, you need to provide the original vehicle year and model. Before the 2015 model year are early W463, and 2016–2018 models are late W463; the parts used differ between the two.

The bumper uses PP injection molding, the grille uses ABS injection molding, the hood is made of steel, the fenders are made of steel, and the fender liners are made of injection-molded felt material.

The headlights are equipped with standard LED light sources and do not have laser headlight functionality. The headlights are pre-programmed from the factory and can be used by plugging directly into the original vehicle connector.

All products are shipped in primer as shown in the parts diagram by default; after receiving them, customers need to paint or wrap them locally. If overseas customers require pre-painting before shipment, you can provide me with the original vehicle color code, and we can paint according to the color code before shipping, but there will definitely be color differences. Paint may also be scratched during long-distance transportation; paint scratches caused during transportation are not covered by after-sales service. We strongly recommend that customers have painting or wrapping done locally.

1. This product is molded using scanned data from the original vehicle and has undergone multiple actual vehicle installation tests at our factory. The mold has been finely polished and revised many times, resulting in a high fitment accuracy when installed (please refer to the installation effect images below for specific fitment).

2. The bumper is produced with thickened raw materials for better structural strength.

3. Installation of the kit requires no cutting of the original vehicle body, avoiding damage to the original vehicle. It uses replacement-style installation, reducing installation difficulty.

4. In terms of the curved line design of the fenders/wheel arches, this kit is the closest to the new W465 G63 AMG.

Packaging method is wooden frame + carton packaging. Shipping usually occurs within 1–2 days after payment.

1. If you already have a freight forwarder in China, please provide the freight forwarder's address and contact information, and I will deliver the goods to the designated destination according to your requirements and packaging method.

2. If you do not have a freight forwarder, please confirm with me the required products and quantity, tell me your postal code, delivery address, and preferred trade terms, such as DDP, DAP, CIF, and I will inform you of the freight cost, shipping method, and transit time.

3. Once you officially confirm the order, I will provide you with an invoice and packing list, and inform you of the delivery time. After shipment, I will provide logistics information such as the waybill number or bill of lading number so you can track the goods.

In the image below, the red text on the left indicates the volume without the wooden frame, and the red text on the right indicates the volume after the wooden frame is added. This is the standard packaging method. If the quantity of goods is large, an oversized carton can also be used to allow a single carton to hold more goods; at the same time, multiple pieces of goods can be combined into one wooden frame to save volume.
